The Bird B Gone solar bird repeller is another example of the seemingly endless range of gadgets that can be powered by a simple solar panel and rechargeable battery setup. We've seen such anomalies as the solar birdhouse already on the market, so by comparison this device makes a lot of sense.What Does It Do?The solar panel charges the three AA rechargeable batteries that are included with the unit. The device runs off these batteries. The top cone rotates at the speed of approximately one full rotation every two seconds. The little metal sticks on the sides of the top cone are the same as car aerials: they can be extended to increase the diameter of the machine's operation.
