I am situated in China, Shanghai and am in contact with several solar manufacturers here. From purely solar panels to solar street lights and a whole range of other products including solar power generators(on and of grid)for rural areas. Being far away from South Africa I am having trouble negotiating with authorities there to break into the SA market. I could also arrange for installation training if needed.
