The Razor E100 Electric Scooter

razor e100 electric scooter The Razor E100 electric scooter is the most lightweight, compact version available of the toy electric scooter. It can fold down into a very small flat package so it can be easily stored in the home or the trunk of a car. This model is the same as the E125 scooter, which is gradually replacing the E100 in stores.

Acceleration and braking are both hand controlled. The top speed for this electric scooter is 15mph. That's fast enough to cause a significant injury so make sure you or your child is at least wearing a protective helmet. The scooter is designed to be roll started, meaning that your child kicks off first up to 3mph, then engages the motor.

The running time for the scooter is half an hour to 40 minutes depending on the weight of the rider. The maximum weight of a rider can be 70kg (155 lbs), but the scooter is really designed for smaller kids so you can expect it to be sluggish with a heavy rider. In this time you'll be able to cover between 8 and 15 kilometers (5 to 10 miles roughly).

The E100 comes with a charger and the batteries take up to 6 hours to charge fully. It also comes with a toolkit for basic maintenance.

The most recent model of this scooter retails at anywhere between $90 and $300 so shop around for the best deal. Remember to consider factors like delivery costs and warranty, as well as how easy it will be to return the scooter if it needs repairing.

Razor is a long running brand known for their quality products so you can expect minimal problems from and good support for this product.
