Solar for dry camping

We have a rv at a lake lot and there is no electric available. We purchased a 60 watt solar panel, we have 6 marine batteries,and it keeps our batteries full. What I would like to know is how much more we would need to just run a cord from a converter to our 110 plug on the camper to have other power availability like the vacuum, t.v. news, microwave etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
