The Solar Project
The most effective Solar Project we can work on is to have every available rooftop covered in solar panels that are correctly aligned to the sun. This would provide us with all the energy we need using current mass production technology without a single molecule of Carbon Dioxide being emitted.
| There is no need to wait. Federal Governments around the world should be working on this right now, and it should be the campaigning platform of all serious political parties. It is not sufficient for Governments to only offer partial rebates and expect the community to bear the brunt of the cost of turning to what is already a viable alternative to fossil fuel powered electricity. | XX | Silicon Supplement.

The rebates currently available to members of the public in most developed countries are a start. More needs to be done. Whether they are produced by large scale, state owned factories or shareholder driven manufacturers, we should be churning out vast quantities of solar panels as fast as humanly possible.
The Space Required
| One of the factors limiting the mass-implementation of solar photovoltaic technology is the amount of space needed for the panels. However, this is not a valid argument since there is an incredible amount of land area in the form of building roofs in every town and city that can be used to harvest the sun's energy. | XX | The Silicon Press.
