http://www.sunesolar.com kicks ass I purchased the 80watt panel off of there website for a mere 450bux about the price it would cost to build one myself and I now run my laptop off of it during the day with no problems!!!

That store is an Amazon store. I went to Amazon.com and searched for those same products. They show the same prices as quoted on the Sunesolar site for new items. There are also the same items for sale second hand through Amazon at lower prices as you'd expect.
Those panels should be new and should come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you're not sure about the seller have a hunt around on Amazon or eBay for better prices and sellers with good feedback.
